I'm looking for anyone (literally)

For the last year of my life, I have been working on a large and very important project for me. In the last stages, it became clear that I have to attract additional investments so I decided to seek help in crowdfunding.

How does this relate to this ad?
All the work will take place in Italy, and according to the rules of these platforms, I must be an Italian citizen to start the campaign, and I don't have a passport (yet).

Who am I looking for?
The ideal candidate should be:
1) An Italian citizen;
