Data Architect for Majorel Italy

For our WFM team in Milan we are currently looking for a Data Architect (male/female) for an important partner in the cosmetics industry, L’Oréal Group. You’ll join a well-established and high performing project looking to achieve success in our long-term strategy.



Responsibilities
• Implement, analyze and develop action plans

• KPIs definition

• Analyze the data history (eg, relative to the AHT - Average Handling Time or other KPIs).

• Check client standards/requirements for real-time feedback

• Report the number and type of inconsistencies

• Ensure and execute tool maintenance and updates (troubleshoot tracking and fixing)

• Be up to date regarding new ways of working, innovative tech, innovative ways of reporting & leveraging data, innovative processes

• Frame future needs of the Care Department with global IT and suggest any tech integration



Requirements
• Excellent language skills (C1) in English and Italian (verbal, reading, writing)

• At least 1 year of experience as Data Analyst (preferably in Outsourcing companies)

• Strong analytical mathematics skills, productivity with a keen eye for detail

• Advanced PC skills, especially in Excel (ability to generate calculation tools, linked tables, dynamic databases, macros, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance, general business, accounting or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

• Proactive in problem solving

• Nice to have: knowledge of Salesforce & Sprinklr

• Platform and APIs (CMS and CRM) front & back-end systems knowledge

• Knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of IT Architecture
