Aiming to strengthen our Aerospace Department for an important project based in Puglia, Italy, we are recruiting a

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM DESIGN ENGINEER – AEROSPACE
Job location: Bari area

Role Overview:
The selected resource will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities of our Customer, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, with the aim of supporting R&D processes related to design, test, validation and certification for electronic & electrical systems and components (i. e. electrical machines, electrical drives, power converters, engine sensors and accessories), interacting with suppliers throughout the various development stages, and taking also care of all the related technical documentation.

Tasks:
- Supporting analysis and translation of complex requirements into system architecture, hardware and components designs & interface specifications;
- Supporting the development of electrical design documents;
- Supporting testing & validation activities of complex systems and components to assure that operational and functional requirements are met;
- Collaborating with other internal/external stakeholders to assure that the output of critical suppliers comply with system integration requirements;
- Supporting program independent reviews and reporting the results to project leadership

Specialized Knowledge / Skills:
- Master Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
- At least 5 years experience in an Electrical System Engineering role within similar industries (a previous Aerospace experience would be advantageous);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills;
- Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent team-work attitude;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Availability for business travels (short & long term travels);
- Good command of English language (i. e. B2)
